Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes, depending on how long ago you placed your order. Please contact us via email at [email protected]
What if I gave an incorrect shipping address?

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, there is a click-and-collect option at check out, just select your desired store and place your order.
Once the order is placed a confirmation email will be sent out to you, followed by an email letting you know when your order is ready for pick up.
How do I receive free shipping?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $150.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, we also ship to New Zealand and Fiji.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. Please provide your details when checking out.
How long will shipping take?
We ship our orders via Australia Post. Usually with Australia Post, standard shipping takes 5 – 7 business days and up to 10 working days to Western Australia.
Express shipping takes 1 – 3 business days.
However, times and days can vary.

You can use credit cards, Afterpay, ZIP, PayPal and gift cards.
Payment selection is done at checkout.
