Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Australia Post (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping) to deliver your online order nationwide.
The following delivery time frames include processing times.
Australia Post Parcel Post
5 – 7 business days, up to 10 working days to Western Australia.
Australia Post Express Post
1 – 3 business days, covers 80% of Australian addresses.
The Australia Post Express Next Day Network can be found (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html).
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.
How to track your parcel with Australia Post:
- Once your order is processed, you will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel.
- Enter this tracking number at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Ways to ensure you don’t miss your delivery:
Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no-one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, please note this in the Delivery Comments box at the final stage of checkout.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg “Leave at Reception”).
Please ensure your mobile number is in the delivery comments or on your customer account, so we can contact you if necessary.
